What kind of paper do you use?
All postcards and business cards are printed on 12pt, 14pt or 16pt card stock with or without UV coating (based on your needs). All Brochures can be printed on 100lbs Text. We can use other types of paper on custom jobs.
What file formats are accepted?
We accept Mac or PC file formats including:
- .TIF
- .JPG
- flattened .PSD
- .PDF, and .EPS with fonts turned to outlines/curves
Do I need to create the file at a larger size than stated for cutting?
You should create your files with a .25" of bleed.
What payment options are available?
Due to the nature of our quick turnaround, all orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to pay with a company check, please overnight the check to us.
Can you print anything other than postcards?
Yes, we print anything you can think of on paper. Some of our clients use our printing services for: Brochures, Menus, Postcards, Tickets, Clothing Tags, Business Cards, Posters, Instruction Booklets, Newsletters, Magazines, Tri-Folds, Record Flats, CD Covers and Trays and more!
Can you print flyers that are different sizes than what you have listed?
Yes, we can! For custom sizes, please call us at so that we can provide you with a custom price.
TURNAROUND AND DELIVERY
When will I receive my flyers or print job?
All jobs received before 1pm EST will be ready to ship within 2 business days. For same day or next day service please call us 305.650.2555
What shipping options do I have?
Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground. You can, however, use any shipping method you'd like if you have an account opened with another company like FedEx or UPS.

SUBMITTED ARTWORK PROOFING
Before submitting any files to our production department please ensure that you have reviewed your file for spelling and grammatical errors. We do not take responsibility for any errors made by your design team. All design issues should be resolved before submission.
COLORS
Slight color variation may occur. If your job is color critical your job is considered a special order and prices and turnaround time in this document do not apply.
